Auckland Central has been in need of a night market for some time now and Silo Park provides the perfect setting for an extensive night market suitable for all Aucklanders – while providing some great entertainment to accompany the experience!
A wide array of stalls have been hand-picked for the Friday and Saturday markets. Food carts and more traditional stalls including vintage and fashion clothing will feature plus independent market vendors providing unique quality hand-made wares, art stalls, and a few surprises in there that you may not expect to see at a local market!
Bring your family and friends along for an afternoon or evening of free entertainment and a unique market experience that Auckland has been waiting for.
The Silo Night Markets will run every Friday from 5pm and in conjunction with Silo Cinema, a free public outdoor movie experience with films being projected onto the majestic Silo 7 at 8pm. Silo’s day time marketplace will run alongside The Silo Sessions music events that are held fortnightly in Silo Park. The event will be hosted by various local musicians and will incorporate different community groups into the programming. It runs from midday to 5pm.
